Intro to Missions Course – Part 5

This is the audio from an introductory course on missions that a missionary friend and I taught at our home church. Here in the fifth lesson we talk about efforts to evangelize cities. The first part of the talk centers on the advantages and challenges of church-planting in an urban context. The second talks about the Apostle Paul, his apparent preference for urban ministry (though it’s hardly the same as what we think of as urban), and the way he approached evangelism. Last, we ask what kinds of practical ways we can implement Paul’s example in the modern cities of the world.  (1 hr. 6 min.)
